I got my first lash lift and tint done by Luisa. Not only is she very knowledgeable but she is also so kind and friendly. She asked me multiple times throughout the service if I was holding up ok and explained the process and each step. The results were better than I even imagined! It was a relaxing experience, and she is also extremely gentle! I recommend her to anyone!!
After over a year of not having a professional touch my eyebrows. Dearly Browloved was the perfect place to go!! I had been growing my eyebrows out over the last year and Luisa was very attentive. Mary is the sweetest little thing ever! I have such sensitive skin and she was so kind and understanding of that! She perfectly curated and went over all ingredients in the products she used on my face. She was also very knowledgeable and talked me through the process of my facial. She was able to extract a bunch of clogged pores that has been plaguing me FOR YEARS! Mary is amazing. Her skin studio is so inviting and comforting. As soon as you walk in she offers you something to drink and a cozy place to sit while you fill out paperwork. She goes over your skin in detail and curates the perfect facial for you. There are no surprise charges. She goes over pricing and informs you of any extra charges before she does anything. Overall I had a great experience. Definitely do recommend.
