  Luis is the most reliable and efficient worker I have ever employed. His ability to tackle any carpentry job and finish in record time is amazing. He appears on schedule, finishes on time and never leaves a mess behind. I highly recommend him.

  I hired Luis to replace a large section of my deck that had been damaged by a fallen tree. I couldn't be happier with his punctuality, expertise and work ethic, all resulting in an excellent job done. I would definitely recommend him and his company for any house or yard project.

  We hired Luis Pillco and his company after he had done a great job with some home repairs, to tackle projects outside and inside our house. And he did a phenomenal job. Outside, he and his team sanded primed and painted the deck and garage; built new custom shed doors, recemented the outside walkway and replaced and painted exterior house siding where damaged over time by moisture. Inside he painted virtually the entire house, including sanding and painting our kitchen cabinets, removed carpeting and wallpaper, skimmed and sanded and primed and painted the halls and bedrooms, and transformed our house back into its original splendor. And he did so on the schedule we agreed upon and at a reasonable price. He is completely reliable and extraordinarily skilled, and a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend his company enough.

  Very pleased with l & j home improvement of Pawling, NY. Been using this company for many different types of projects throughout my home. Even detailed work with 24”x24” shower tile, that 3 other companies wouldn’t touch. Surprisingly amazed when the job was completed in just 1&1/2 days, looking better than ever! L& J also replaced my front door w/2sidelight panels, & replaced interior stone tile steps, & exterior trim work. Cleans up nicely after each days work, never feel the need to watch over his work, or “cutting corners”. Quality work, best comparative prices. Arrived on time, giving a full days work. Planning on hiring l&j for spring outdoor stone work. Honest, reliable, guaranteed professional results. No need to hire anyone else.
