(August 21, 2023, 5:39 am)We’ve used Lowe several times and they are the best in the area. Great staff who stand behind their work. We unfortunately used others prior that ended up having issues who refused to fix their mistakes so we had to call Lowe in to fix their poor work. Now we just call Lowe first for everything and can rest assured it will be done well, quickly and without us having to worry at all. Staff is professional, clean, incredibly hard working and works quickly. once even stayed very late hours to ensure we had heat. Don’t bother calling anyone else first Lowe is well worth what they charge and are reasonable. You won’t find better service in quality or professionalism anywhere locally.

(February 2, 2023, 11:42 pm)A cold shower at night prompted a look at the water heater. It had ruptured, spilling water over the basement floor. It was not a dire emergency, so I left a voice mail at 1am. The call was returned at 7am, and the technicians arrived, with a replacement water heater, by 8:15. The lead man, Andrew, said he has twenty years with the company. He was very informative and available for any questions. Working with him was Sean, still learning the ropes, but apparently eager to do so. They were considerate not to spill dirty water on the carpet, laying drop cloths to/from the entrance. We have heard that Lowe prices are somewhat higher, but you get what you pay for.
