(January 3, 2023, 3:42 pm)Staff was 5 star! The store was spotless, even my 7 year old son asked how they kept the store so clean!! We bought a pretty big sactional with all the bells and whistles. I would recommend this location to everyone. Staff was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with and talk to. This is our second sactional for our vacation home and we are so excited to get it! Thank you for making the couch buying process a pleasure!

They spent a significant amount of time reviewing different configurations (and they’re quite a few) until we found the one that we believe will best meet our needs. They informed us that once the furniture comes, for whatever reason it doesn’t fit as expected, we can return it.

From the moment we entered, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and thorough walkthrough of all Lovesac has to offer. From the different configurations and fills, to the fabrics and accessories, and don't forget the integrated sound system! So excited to receive our Lovesac and have all that comfort at home.
