  These are some of the most genuine and thoughtful people on the planet. As soon as you walk into the store you are made to feel at home by the warm bright greeting that you receive from both Lou, his awesome wife and the adorable little lady assistant at the back. The work that they do is first class and the prices are reasonable. I wish that I could give them more than five stars. I would always choose this jewelry shop as my go to place for all my jewelry purchases. Thanks for treating me like family and I’m enjoying my chain and my wife her ring. I would recommend this place to my friends and anyone else who requires anything jewelry related. They Rock!!!!

  I don't know what's more amazing, the work or Lou and Rita. I brought my mom's engagement ring to be made into a new ring and a pendant and I was absolutely blown away with both. Exceeded all expectations. Price was fair and they were open and honest about all of my options and definitely did not try to push anything just because it would cost more. I had nothing short of a great experience and will use them for other jewelry needs in the future. I highly recommend Lou's Jewelers!

  I can’t say enough about Lou and Rita’s family jewelers. I brought my mother’s 7 stone childrens ring here which was always losing stones. Lou replaced a missing stone and secured the others—and guess what? Never lost another stone again! I recommended my son here after his wife passed. Rita was so caring and sensitive. She helped my son design a way to incorporate her wedding ring into his St Joseph’s medal. It is beautiful! I highly recommend everyone to this jeweler! They are high quality with very competitive prices!!!

  These are really nice people to work with and they get me. Rita spent a considerable amount of time to develop a full understanding of what I was looking for. She must have done a great job of communicating after that, because they nailed it!! I commissioned them to custom make a piece that incorporated a plane and I couldn't be happier with it. I wanted it to reflect certain aspects of my personality, and it does. I told them I would wear it as a constant inspiration to achieve my goal of flying, and it will!! Thank you so much, I tip my wings in salute to Lou's Jewelers!!

  Lou and Rita are absolutely fantastic and amazing to work with. I got engaged 3 weeks ago and I could not have asked for a more beautiful engagement ring. My fiance worked with Lou to create the ring I have always dreamed of. They are reliable, friendly, and overall, wonderful people. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and work with you to make sure all of your needs are met. I would recommend Lou's to anyone looking for any jewelry!
