  I contacted Loucri regarding a watch that was unfortunately unavailable at the time of my inquiry. The staff was helpful to ask a few questions regarding what I was looking for and then for the next few months would occasionally send me updates when they found something similar to my initial request. In the end they found me a great watch, reasonable price, and very much so appreciate their continued service and updates even after I said no to a few they had to offer. That kind of service is rare these days. If I have one critique, it's that during our correspondence (which was primarily e-mail) replies rarely came in the form of anything more than a few single words, rarely a sentence. However, in the end that doesn't matter the least. They got exactly what I wanted, and certainly would purchase again with confidence.

  I was looking for good watch repair stores, and I found them. They have great services and people are nice. They are professional and take good care of your watches.

  I bought this beautiful Swarovski choker piece for my mother and she was so astonished on how beautiful it was. This store is a gem and you never know what you can find here. Staff was helpful and I couldn't but help to look at the unique assortment for bridal engagement rings and bands in that cool slide out showcase!
