  We are extremely happy that we found Lou as our realtor. He always answered phone calls/texts in a timely matter. He is always punctual and willing to help! He has great resources for home inspectors. If we decide to buy another home we will definitely be calling Lou! I could not imagine buying a home without the support of Lou as our realtor.

  Lou is amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and patient. (He showed me probably 50 houses, and shepherded me through 4 offers before I got my house.) Lou went above and beyond the call, and always responded to my messages and needs quickly. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Highly recommended.

  Lou was great to work with and provided useful information as we searched, selected and ultimately brought our 2nd home. He was very responsive to questions asked and did so promptly which also made my wife and I feel as if we were in good hands.

  Great Realtor! Lou is very knowledgeable and patient, doesn’t try to rush you into something you don’t like. Every property we saw, Lou inspected with us and let us know the important things to look out for. He always made time to see properties when we were interested in one. The house we purchased already had an offer on it , but due to Lou’s determination he followed up on the offer and found out it was removed, so we were then able to get the home we really wanted. My wife and I highly recommend him..
