(June 5, 2023, 4:51 pm)This business is amazing. My husband and I were traveling from NC to MA with our 3 dogs and travel camper when our alternator suddenly went out. Joe was the first person to answer his phone without rudeness or attitude. He showed up where we were ASAP and immediately sent 2 tows for our camper and truck. The two tow guys were awesome, welcoming, and made sure our camper and 3 dogs were safe. Upon arriving at the garage, the issue with our truck was immediately diagnosed and we were on the road within an hour. Joe understood our plight and gave us a very reasonable and honest price. I will forever be grateful for Lord's Valley Towing.

(June 1, 2023, 5:49 pm)My Suburban literally broke down in front of the building. Coasted into the parking lot and walked in. The man I spoke to, can't remember his name but has long blonde hair, was very friendly and interested in my problem. They ran diagnostics and determined the problem was probably the transmission which they don't handle. The gentleman made arrangements to have the truck towed and then had one of his employees transport my wife, 4 dogs and myself back to our house which is several miles away.
Bottom line we were treated beyond expectations and went out of their way to make sure we got home. Hats off to Lord's Valley Towing! -

(May 29, 2023, 12:06 am)Owner came out of his way on a holiday weekend on a Sunday after hours I blew a tire out on my trailer and he responded immediately he had tire in stock mounted tire for me and got me back on my way home. could ask for better price or help would recommend him 2 anyone that breaks down in the area

(May 28, 2023, 8:27 pm)Nicest most helpful guy. Blew a trailer tire on the highway and the spare 30 mins later. The Sunday before Memorial Day at 8pm. He came back to his shop after closing!! Sold us two trailer tires and put one on to help us get back onto the highway. He was fast helpful and gave them to us for a great price!!

(April 22, 2022, 12:17 pm)Joe saved my hide after getting stranded in a storm on 84 in my Motorhome. He was faster and had a better rate than AAA and Good Sam. Made sure to work quick to get me off the highway before it got too late in the night. Can't thank him enough. Highly recommended!!
