  Looney Balloons....I wish I could give 10 stars but Five Stars is the top rating.
  The owner was excellent, caring, and truly went above and beyond for this delivery. Employees are first class and her husband is a First Responder that is caring and delivers smiles to those receiving balloons. This was my second experience with Looney Balloons....and yes I'll use them again.

  I have used Looney Balloons for multiple parties and especially my large end of summer party at my home. They come up with great balloon decor ideas and I have been absolutely happy!! I highly recommend them!

  Looney Balloons is SO MUCH MORE than just balloons. I have used Looney Balloons personally for birthday parties, Christmas parties (the only better Santa lives in the North Pole), and a special anniversary party. And I recommended them as the decorators for a wedding. I also used them for my business once. In all these events they were fantastic.
  
  The best part about Looney Balloons is they offer so many things that I never even considered, and were always extremely helpful with suggestions and ideas. Whether for business or personal events, I could not give a higher recommendation.
  
  PS: I attended one of their theme parties as a guest and my family still talks about it.

  Looney balloons is a great business. It is so convenient to have them deliver and set up for events. They do beautiful work and and offer a variety of balloon arrangements for all occasions. I have used them for engagement parties, housewarming parties, and birthday parties. Each time I had a great experience; I would definitely recommend them.
