Their knowledge regarding water quality & of course their own product is exceptional. Lastly I will mention that they are extremely efficient and a true pleasure to work with.

(August 22, 2023, 10:56 am)A wonderful experience from start to finish. We were having issues with our water pressure and found out it was due to our previous water softener. Ben came out to troubleshoot and explained everything thoroughly and gave great recommendations. We also came to find out through Ben that our previous water softener was installed incorrectly by another company and Ben walked us through what would and should have been done. On installation day, Jim came to install our new water softener and was great. Professional, efficient, and clean! Jim explained the process again as he went and truly made us comfortable with our decision. Going with Long’s EcoWater systems definitely saved us a lot of headache in the future. We would highly recommend them!

(August 7, 2023, 11:22 am)I recently wrote a review about Long's, focused on the technician who installed our water softener system. That review was 5 stars also. We recently had Long's back at our home to install a reverse-osmosis system, but with a different technician. When I learned that we'd have a different tech this time, I was curious to see if this tech could possibly be as outstanding as the first. Yes, he was. Like the previous tech, Preston was punctual, neat and clean, courteous, well versed in his trade and genuinely a nice person. A true pleasure to work with.
I'm not sure how the owner, Jim, attracts and retains such high quality people, but he and his staff have been, by far, the most professional and personable tradespeople we dealt with while building our house. -

Jim and Bryan were professional and efficient during the installation, plus explained the system in easy to understand terms during the review process. I would highly recommend Long's EcoWater Systems without hesitation.

I was having issues with low water flow from my well from a build-up of iron, and Jim was able to diagnose it quickly and offered me a solution with a water softener system. Jimmy and Preston installed it for me, and they were very professional and answered any questions that I had. I definitely recommend them if you're having any well issues. Thank you!
