On my most recent routine cleaning visit, the first appointment of the day (0700), the Hygienist (a temp) was a no-show. I was seen a few minutes late by a Dentist, who took on the routine task. Their response was uncommon in 2023, where most providers would transfer the inconvenience to their customers. Long Pond not only felt responsible for something out of their control, they acted to ensure that my schedule was not disrupted by it.

(March 29, 2023, 1:25 pm)I have been a client at Long Pond for over 25 years. Even as they have grown and remain on the cutting edge of technology, Dr. Frenkel and his team have never lost their amazing customer service, care and consideration for each and every one of their clients.
They are located over 1 hour away from my home, but I have never once considered seeing anyone else for my dental health.
6 stars out of 5 if I could! -

(April 26, 2022, 9:05 am)I had a great experience with my first visit to Long Pond Dental, and was able to secure a same day emergency appt! The office personnel was all very welcoming and extremely kind! The patient rooms were all very clean with nice equipment and televisions. The dentist took the time to walk through my X-ray and explain what I was looking at. I highly recommend Long Pond Dental!
