(November 17, 2022, 3:16 pm)I was suffering from anxiety and depression and started seeing a therapist at Long Island Therapy Center. Ms. Beaudeau has helped me a a lot through a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness therapy. Her listening skills are great. She is compassionate and patient. She gave me strategies so that I can self talk myself out of mood swings and anxiety.
