I went in with three newspapers and a diploma that needed framing but had little idea how I wanted it to done or how I wanted the final product to look. Pat was nothing but patient with me as he suggested several ideas and provided his own preferences and advice to help with my indecision. The final product for each was incredible and looks excellent hung upon my walls. (October 17, 2020, 1:36 pm)They knew instantly what would work on my tricky wall. Understood the "look" I was going for as far as the design even though I could not express it precisely. Then together, we efficiently picked the perfect size frames - as I was asked all the right questions during the design stage. Frames surprisingly completed well before the promised due date. Pro hanger extraordinaire Steven delivered and hung all perfectly.

Absolutely top of the line in every category: customer service, quality workmanship, sensible advice for Neanderthals like me, and honesty that hearkens back to another era that sadly is going going gone. I think that about covers it. From the restoration of one of a kind antique family photos to casual framing and fine works of art they do it all with style & grace. The 1942 photo of Commander & Miss Easton was restored and preserved by the only company I would trust to do it. And it now hangs proudly in the family gallery.
