Problems that are normal to incur with any company and dealing with plumbing took place, but they did not miss a beat in communicating and resolving immediately. I would highly recommend them!

This is a life changer Anthony Binetti ,he is a sales supervisor with tons of knowledge he explained ,answered and clear every doubt if we had about installing the system

Starting with Daryl outlining my options to Christian and Reinaldo doing the install. They were timely - (actually early) - clean courteous and professional. Very pleased !

(October 29, 2022, 10:24 am)I rarely give 5 star reviews, but this company well deserves it . I did extensive research and bid this out to three companies. I decided to go with LICWS based on reviews and so happy I made the right decision. More important than the initial install, is the follow up and customer service We had to do alot of tweaking to get my system to work properly as I had well water and issues with my septic system. There customer service is exceptional. The manager got on the phone with me whenever I called to help resolve. John & James always arrived within two days and are masters in this field. The entire company is totally professional and well deserves the 5 stars and reputation of being the best .
