  It is one of the best rehabs I have ever been to. The staff is very attentive and considerate to your needs. Zenis was especially helpful when you needed a serenity bed. The food was awesome also. Ilene was my counselor and was great. If your considering a rehab please check into LICR!!!!!!!

  I have unfortunately have been to many rehabs over the years. I had long term sobriety and relapsed a few years ago. I never thought I would ever be in rehab again. I went to LICR two times last year. I went back the second time in really bad shape withdrawing from alcohol. I found that things and the clientele had changed a bit since my last visit 6 months ago.
  What did not change was the staff. Most staff members are in recovery. Unlike other rehabs, they disclose this and it is not a big deal. Then, for those that are not, you respect them even more.
  
  For me, you can get prettier accommodations if you look, better food or even a pool and more activities if that is what you are looking for. I needed to be around recovery and to feel safe. LICR offered this to me and I came in and gave them a very hard entrance both times. I love them and will be forever grateful for them. Hands down, its the staff and not the place. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

  I recommend LICR to anybody who is suffering from this disease or any family member that is trying to seek help for a loved one. I have been in and out of the rooms of AA for over 10 years and never in my life have I had a spiritual awakening. This place has saved my life Has taught me how to love myself value myself I will for ever be grateful the staff is amazing. It was a beautiful comfortable experience. I am going to miss LA CR and looking forward to coming back in three months to share my experience strength and hope and pass the message onto other patients who are suffering and show them that , it works if you work it thank you LICR.

  Great experience. Rehab isn’t supposed to be comfortable. The way they had all different staff with experiences and hands-on attention, was perfect. All 12 steps were drilled into the mind of my recovering self. The staff were all aware of the needs of the people I met and myself. We are all still daily in communication with each other. Some came and some left but that’s up to the person. There’s a door, no jumping the fence to escape is necessary in recovery. Both day and night staff were great. I do have to say that organization is key. So if anyone is looking for a positive routine in the real world, LICR is the place for you. Keep it in the “I”- I don’t think like you, you don’t think like me, so if I were you I’d keep it in the “I”. Stay blessed.
