(August 19, 2023, 7:14 pm)Very interesting parks which feels out in the middle of nowhere even though there are roads and houses nearby. Great for kids and dogs, with a little water access. The ruins are very cool to walk around and there are tours in the weekends. We'll definitely be back!

(July 18, 2023, 8:12 pm)Lock Ridge Park is beautiful. There's plenty of walking trails, bridges that cross over the stream that has trout in it and the Lock Ridge Furnace Museum. There's a small portion of the railroad track ,old buildings and ruins of buildings from the time when the Furnace was operational. A great park to picnic and exercise.

The park has been well maintained and has many areas that are perfect for taking cool pictures. My children are 6, 13 and 16, they all loved scouring the grounds for various picture opportunities.
