  Jerry is simply the best electrician I've hired, and one of the best locally-owned contractors in the Bethlehem area. Reliable, experienced, and reasonable rates. Over the course of multiple jobs, I've had him and his apprentice Tommy replace a subpanel, outlets, indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, an attic fan, etc. Highly recommended 5/5

  Cannot say enough good about John and his service electrician Jerry! Late yesterday, around 4 p.m., two days before Thanksgiving, after a few days smelling burning plastic ... I finally discovered a nasty electrical problem in an outlet behind a large wall TV (see picture) which caused me to shut off the main breaker switch and be afraid to turn it back on for fear of burning down the house. So the house power and heat were off, and we were starting the Thanksgiving holiday. After calling around to several electricians and going to voice mail, John answered the phone when I called Local Electric. He told me that they were trying not to take on any new work until after Thanksgiving, that Jerry had just left for home and was going to be off for the weekend. Then John went above and beyond for me, not because I pleaded but because he is a stand-up guy. He told me that he'd phone Jerry and get him to turn around on his way home and come to our house. Jerry arrived maybe 15 min. later, and man was he pleasant, courteous AND EFFICIENTLY COMPETENT. Helped me get the widescreen TV off the wall, figured out the problem, immediately solved it and basically ripped out and replaced the socket fixture, insisted on him rather than me cleaning up the burning marks on the surrounding tile, totally solved the problem, helped me put the TV back up on the wall and gave me a VERY REASONABLE bill for the service ... all in less than 20 minutes. Jerry was awesome! When I thanked him profusely, and told him how grateful I was for John's going above and beyond late in the day just before a Thanksgiving weekend, he said that John has a big heart and that's why he works for him. This is a VERY good company. Pleasant, caring, responsive, efficient, competent ... and very reasonable in its billing. The bill I got was less than half of what I thought it would be for having an electrician come to our house on short notice, at a time when no other local electricians were answering their phones and take care of a serious problem so quickly and effectively. No one asked me to write this review, or even mentioned a review, but this company deserves kudos big time!

  Twenty plus FIVE STAR reviews don't lie! That's how I choose John for our electrical work in our new home and I am so very glad I did. He was very prompt and kept us completely informed about the progress of the job. He understood that, to us, our new lighting and wiring needs were more than just work that needed to be done, but also our TLC and personal stamp in our dream home. He and Jerry really treated our decisions, our wish list and our home with respect and enthusiasm. We are very lucky to have found such a professional and excellent electrician to call on from now on!

  John is great at what he does and is very experienced. He was flexible with my work schedule. He was fair with pricing and explained everything he was going to do before doing it in simple terms. After completing the job he went over everything with me and showed me how to operate the hardware he put in for my ceiling fan. I would recommend John to anyone needing electrical work!
