(July 25, 2023, 10:55 pm)I've been stopping there since they opened the place, yeah trailer open in a fairly easy to find location The Lobster is Maine Lobster Meat which is fresh frozen Being from Colder water They have thicker shells and the Meat generally can be tougher ( to the whiner who expects to walk out to the boat in the harbor and get a roll On board the boat...and the other one complaining about Lobster not being Crab meat textured. As Far as The folks whining about the cost Lobster IN the shell Is very expensive even more so when the meat Has to be picked from the shell , I hate to tell most all Its hard to find Tail meat in any Lobster rolls these days . I'll be honest In the early 80's I worked for a wholesaler of Live lobster I used to eat it for breakfast some days, I recall returning from deliveries with 80-100 thousand dollars in my wallet, I suggest if you dont like the price then maybe look for other options like the ones at stop N shop across the street in the fish tank that hopefully havent been eaten by the others in the tank Lobster HUT does a good business, They are great folks and they are There Every day Unlike the fly by night Traveling people who Move all over the state daily I'd Never chase them around , who Knows where they are going next Nope I go where they are every day with Good deal meals

(June 17, 2023, 4:40 pm)The Lobster Hut is a food truck located on Boston Post Rd by Vavoline. We went on a Monday morning and they were busy with guests and it also appeared they had several phone orders.
The lobster is market price and our order was $115 for two 2 lobster roll combos which included a good amount of crinkle fries and a small container of cole slaw. The lobster rolls were Connecticut-style served warm with butter. The roll was nicely toasted but a little too buttery for me. The lobster was flavorful. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
You order at the window and receive a pager to let you know when your order is ready. When we ordered we were advised there would be a wait, and there was. We waited at one of the picnic tables where we observed everyone enjoying their meals.
When we picked up our order they apologized for the wait.
The Lobster Hut is nothing fancy but well worth a visit for a good lobster roll at a reasonable price. -

(March 8, 2023, 1:56 pm)This is the famous lobster truck in Milford. Finally got there after hearing so many compliments. I got there 5 minutes after opening and was the only customer at that time
(plus it was a cold, windy March day). Anyway, after 10 minutes or so my lobster roll was ready (they have 3,5, and 8 oz sizes). I picked the medium size ($32.95, gulp). Brought it home, poured on some butter and dug in. Well, I have to concur, it is one of the best lobster rolls I've ever had. Lots of delicious, sweet lobster meat. Thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the price will make this a once in a while treat. -

(September 24, 2022, 8:03 pm)Amazing lobster rolls, period!! Walk up to the hut (literally) and order a double lobster meal, take it to silver sands Park find a great seating and enjoy.
The lobster rolls are generously stuffed with tasty well seasoned lobster meat. If you are a lobster lover you have to try this Connecticut take. Yum!!
