Tommy Markov provided me with a wealth of knowledge that my Functional Medicine docs did not have time to educate me on... what supplements should be taken with or without food, which groups of supplements are best taken together, when supplements should be taken for maximum benefit, which need to be refrigerated, and so on. I am new to this field and was very disappointed the manufacturers didn't provide sufficient information about their products... ridiculous! Tommy is so incredibly thorough in his analyses that even my docs were surprised to hear about some of his recommendations. I also appreciate all the time he gave so generously to understanding my unique condition and he still sends me updates on research being done in my area of illness!
