  We had an amazing experience with Living Structures and specifically with Claudia Zucker. She helped us finding exactly the type of property we wanted and she was always available throughout the buying process. She has a lot of expertise so as first time home buyers, she gave us great advice to make sure we don't make any mistakes even in a seller's market. We appreciate that she actually cared about what we wanted and not just closing.

  The principal, Claudia, was very helpful when we bought our home in Columbia County. What I liked was she wasn't shy about telling us if she felt a house we were interested in after seeing it on the Internet was not suitable for our needs and desires. We were moving from North Carolina which is a two day drive, so Claudia would check out properties we were interested in and report back to us. We didn't want to make a twelve hour drive and find out that the property was quite different than the appealing online pictures. Claudia also gave us the name of a very competent whole house inspector.

  Claudia and her team at Living Structures are excellent! We decided to move to this area over three years ago and we worked with her year over year exploring neighborhoods and properties. She was incredibly knowledgeable and met our needs. We joked and laughed as we saw an array of houses, met a few locals and explored properties. When we first walked into our now current home she was just as excited as were were. She knew we would love the home and property and settle right in. We love what we call our forever home and couldn't have done it without Claudia. I cannot recommend a better real estate agent.

  The Best I Have Ever Worked With!
  Claudia doesn't just try to make a sale to earn a commission.
  She really knows her properties and the area in depth, and works hard to find the right match. She showed us several properties and explained the details on each, pro and con, ultimately connecting us with an ideal location. Claudia followed up and assisted us with all the pre-closing and closing details, making the experience painless and seamless. We've referred others to her, and they have told us they shared the same experience of a professional who cares about her clients more than a commission.

  We worked with Claudia for over a year to find our new home, and couldn't be happier with where we've landed! Claudia went above and beyond, even traveling outside of her typical driving range to look with us. Throughout the process she was extremely proactive. We felt very comfortable with our communications, and felt she was sincerely honest with her feedback. We had worked with a few other realtors, and ended up ultimately working with Living Structures because the process was so much more enjoyable with Claudia than with previous experiences we had with other agents. Once we found the right space, her value really came through with her responsiveness and diligence with the requirements for closing and pre-closing steps. She attended every inspection, and gave thorough review and guidance with every document involved. She also provided excellent referrals from her network when additional consultants were needed.
