Living Hope Community Church - Dublin

Its nothing like the old churches the way they preach....very friendly people......

Jesus is here. Your creator who desperately loves you is working among and in this group of people. Wounded, hurting, sad, disillusioned and broken. We all can find the true love of our lives. Come and see!

I have been attending Living Hope for nearly 6 years now and absolutely love attending here. My review is going to focus primarily on the Young Adults Ministry we call The Gathering.

At Living Hope Young Adults, myself and a few others (joined by our Mentor team), lead what we call The Gathering. We are a large group of anywhere between 50-80 young adults that meet weekly on Thursday nights from 7pm-9pm.

Typically our nights start with hangout at 7pm, worship at 7:30pm, teaching from the Word by 8pm, and hangout again around 8:45pm.

Most of the time afterwards everyone disperses in groups and either takes their conversation about the message to dinner or they remain at the church until 11pm!

We hope to see many many more attend over the years as this group continues to prosper and bring many more hearts to know the Lord and grow in him together with others like them.

Our ministry doesn't just stay in Dublin PA though. Throughout the years we have traveled out west to summer camps and to the various reservations of the US. We serve there in aid to those who need it or at the camps wherever we are needed. Along our missional journeys our goal is not to have fun, but to grow with those we've traveled there with, grow closer to God, and most importantly bring others to know the Lord as well and get them connected in their local communities.

The people are wonderful, helpful and hardworking. They have many programs for all ages, men and women. They show their love for the community with their food pantry, a biannual living nativity, and building projects/repairs for the needy. It is a good church for those looking to help and those new to the faith. It can get tricky to know people as they have two services and a large congregation.
