  Eternally grateful that I found Dr.Wodicka.
  As an former massage therapist and retired physician associate I’ve always been deeply aware of the mind-body connection in my patients. But then, I found myself struggling with my own back pain and growing frustrated by the temporary effects of PT, massage and yoga. I once ran marathons, yet suddenly I could barely walk around the block.
  
  During the pandemic I rewatched the series Grey’s Anatomy and witnessed a scene where NET was used. I flipped out and immediately searched the internet for an NET practitioner and found Dr. Wodicka.
  
  My first session literally changed my life. The body stores so much more than what we could possibly be aware of in our conscious minds. My NET sessions with Dr. Wodicka help me connect my pain to past physical trauma, emotional trauma and seemingly random memories from my childhood and adulthood. Stuff I would never have considered contributory on my own.
  
  The result: I regularly walk three+ miles with no pain. NET is an extraordinary technique made even more extraordinary because of Dr. Wodicka. She is beyond professional and compassionate and very capable of holding safe space for me through sometimes unexpected emotions. She is thorough, smart and super genuine. I always know I’m in good hands.

  Dr Wodicka is incredibly gifted. If you've been looking everywhere for answers to your medical problems and haven't found them yet, please go see Dr Wodicka. It's hard to describe the extensive modalities in which she's trained, but she will find (with certainty) the reason for your ailments, whether structural, functional, or emotional. She's the first practitioner in a long time that I trust fully and is helping me heal from chronic fatigue/rosacea/IBS/back pain.

  Dr. Wodicka is a compassionate and talented healer who is a gift to the Hudson Valley area. My family and I feel so amazingly blessed to have been guided to her. She has cured my son's chronic hives, as well as myriad other issues. She's helped both my daughter and me with anxiety through her treatment of NET and NAET. She has helped us all unlock the potential we didn't know we were capable of, and because of that, we are leading much happier and productive lives. We cannot recommend her enough.
