I did not fall asleep, but felt like I was in a state of complete relaxation, and I knew I was in good hands. She worked carefully around my problem areas on my back and shoulders. I would highly recommend her, and will definitely be rebooking

She identified areas where I didn’t think I needed work as well as working the areas I addressed during intake. I will definitely be coming back to see her.

If your have never had one or are overdue for one highly recommend scheduling your appointment At Little Bird Wellness with Pam. Also can get a hand and foot scrub as part of the facial. The massage part of it is so relaxing, you will love it!!
