  Joe Lisanti and his crew did a fantastic job on my clients home. Hand hewn historic beams sustained extensive damage throughout the home. There was also a great deal of prep work needed on the walls. I was running on a very tight schedule with varied trades to prepare my out of town clients home for sale. Joe and his crew showed up as scheduled and on time each day. They stayed an extra day beyond anticipated to make certain the job was done to exacting detail. Joe and his crew were highly responsive and made certain requests made were fulfilled. I am very pleased with the work as is my client. Thanks Joe!

  Joe Lisanti and his dedicated crew do excellent work! They took on staining my entire 4000sg ft house including detailed trim work. The job required repairing some soffit damage and replacing cedar siding -- all done expertly. Joe is a warm and thoughtful manager of his diligent team and great two-way communicator with his client. The house looks beautiful! Grade A+.
