This was my second time using Reiki massage as a healing therapy. I left feeling grounded and ready to use this energy alignment to better myself both physically and mentally. 100% recommended. Especially if you are new to this type of energy healing. If you go, go with an open mind and relax. Your body, mind and spirit will lead the way ✨️

We discussed next steps and how the session would affect me now and moving forward. She created a very welcoming and open space, making me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

The moment I met Lisa, it was like meeting an old friend who helped me get to know myself and remind me of who I am. I've done some great inner work because of Lisa and will continue to do so. I highly recommend her!!!!!

Along with her calming presence, she provided a comfortable environment, I was fascinated and relaxed at the same time. Her insights and skills helped me feel a sense of balance in mind, spirit and body. She was wonderful with her detailed explanations afterwards and genuine care for my well-being throughout. I would highly recommend Lisa Kern at Healthy, Holistic & Happy!
