I’ve been to other therapists before but my favorite thing about her approach is that when you need to be challenged, she will challenge you, she isn’t one to just justify you or agree with everything you say. She asks all the right questions, not leaving me to talk the entire apes soon. I’ve referred her to several people as I truly believe in her approach.

I have learned so much in a very short time from her; strategies that everyone can use to manage both the day to day stress and deeper anxieties that plague us in our roles as parents, partners, workers, and humans. My sessions with Linda are making me better at all of those things, and better at being myself.
