I recently had the need to use this company for a breathing machine, due to progressive Multiple Sclerosis
The representative Michele W, helped me with the process. Most times you feel like just an insurance number, not with this representative, Michele W set the process in motion, got my appliance in a timely fashion and even called after the machine was delivered to make sure everything went ok.
On another note the woman named Goldie who came out to show me how to use the device was great also. Goldie spent over an hour explaining all I needed to know to get the best experience I needed. I am still getting used to using it but remember what Goldie said”each night will get easier and call if you need help “
I would use Lincare again, but only if Michele W was assisting me.

I always have a very helpful experience with the staff at Lincare. I have had equipment issues in the off hours and weekends and they were right there to help me. They also helped me to plan a out of town trip and made my travel much easier. I highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure to speak to Laura C at the Farmingdale office at Lin Care. In December I received my cpap machine and had trouble with full mask. I called Lin care and Laura answered the phone and spoke with me about the mask. We changed it to a nose mask. It worked so much better. She took some time and we spoke while she explained how amazing the machine is. Laura made me less apprehensive about the machine. I am and was that day very grateful for her kindness, understanding, warmth, care and empathy. I have talked to her several times since and she is still very caring and goes out of her way to help. Lin care is a great place for your supplies, no one I have spoken to disappoints. I would recommend this company
