This company outranks any other I have dealt with! Their customer service is PHENOMENAL and goes above & beyond to help in any way they can. There’s even an emergency hotline, should something happen. I feel so at ease knowing they are behind my mom & me 100%. Our power went out a couple months ago and they were on top of it, calming me down and reassured me they would walk me thru my options. They were there with extra tanks within HOURS! Absolutely amazing team work..the whole company. 10 ⭐️!!

I've been using Lincare-Bethlehem for at least 7 years and have been well pleased with the services they provide.
From Teri and Lisa in the office to the techs who service my equipment, they are top-notch.
I can't think of any other company that goes out of their way to make sure I have what I need in a timely manner ( including Lisa, who has dropped off supplies on her way home just so I wouldn't have to wait until the next day).
Any time I've had an issue with equipment it was repaired or replaced without a wait. I am thankful for everyone that Lincare for all that they do.
I spoke with my doctor and requested a new cpap machine and within a couple weeks I was set up and ready to go. Lincare provides top of the line equipment for cpap and outstanding customer service. I met the staff in Bethlehem and they are all dedicated to providing outstanding customer service which is important when you need any kind of respiratory devices like this. I have used other respiratory companies in the past which were challenging to work with. I highly recommend using Lincare for your cpap and other respiratory needs.
