The person that came to fit me with my supplies was pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. She is a great representative of the company.
My husband's machine to make oxygen was not working right. I called yesterday & within 2 hrs Lincare was at my door with a new machine. The guys who came took the time to ck the old machine & then said you need a new one. They then showed us how to use it. These guys were great. I have called for tubing & other things & they are great. They are all helpful & get the job done quick. Very friendly, knowledgeable, & careing.
My experience with the Waretown office was great. They kept me updated about the process to get the equipment and offered me options that would be convenient for me when the equipment was finally approved. I dealt with Bella on the phone and she was helpful and Dawn was knowledgeable patient and helpful explaining everything. Justine was also at the house ( learning g the ropes I believe and she was pleasant and helpful also). Overall a much better experience than I expected.
I've only had great experiences with Lincare. Bella was so helpful with all the coordination and making sure the doctor's office did their job.....and as for delivery and set up, George was just excellent. I wish I didn't need these services, but since I did, I'm so glad that I get all the help I need from Bella and the office staff as well as George and delivery issues. And also, requested a late nite call which I got at about 10 pm and the gentleman was very helpful. Thanks LIncare for a job well done.
I have been a customer of :Lincare for the past eleven years . During the entire time my delivery man has been George Leodis .
He has trained me on how to use the supplemental equipment ,made every delivery on time , and has never failed to ask,
" How are you doing ?"
He once even left a family BBQ on a Sunday to deliver a new oxygenator as mine had suddenly stopped functioning . He not only delivered it in record time, but seemed happy he was able to help !
Having been a manager for thirty-seven years , I would evaluate
George as an outstanding employee and an asset to Lincare .
