(July 25, 2023, 8:19 am)I have a history of gut issues/imbalances and have recently over the last year and a half not been feeling well. I happened to come across Lori through the Institute of Functional Medicine website. I am in the early stages of my rebalancing journey, but already feel so empowered to regain my health. Through testing to zero in on the root cause, Lori was able to provide me with individualized protocols to help with my specific issues. The protocols are easy to follow and incorporate into your daily schedule, which is super helpful as a busy Mom! Lori is so personable, compassionate and knowledgeable making the whole experience more enjoyable. I’ve also incorporated reiki into my healing protocol and it’s been absolutely amazing! Really diving into balancing my healing energy as well as allowing me to navigate through the grieving process of losing my Mom last October. I highly recommend Lori to anyone who is having difficulty figuring out ongoing gut issues. You won’t regret taking this time for yourself!

I feel that I am being cared for by someone who is genuinely concerned for my well being; physically and mentally. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering with obvious gut issues to the cases that have been tirelessly told it's "in their head"- Lori truly wants to listen and help.

(May 26, 2023, 11:24 am)If you have a specific request or concern regarding the direction of your health, Lori takes into account what your needs are and is very prompt in her responsiveness to meet those needs. Our health has become so complex with regards to how our modern environment and foods impacts us biologically and Lori has been a key component to help navigate through that complexity. But it starts with being a strong advocate for yourself! She works with your health insurance as best as she can but there is still an unfortunate gap between coverage for conventional medicine versus functional medicine. Hence the reason I chose 4 stars rather than 5.

(May 6, 2023, 9:30 am)I highly recommend Lori at Lilly of the Valley Gut Health. I'm new to Functional Medicine, and she has already taught me so much. I was extremely sick, could barely eat anything, constantly going on & off a liquid diet. I was in such terrible distress because eating anything caused awful pain. My physicians are wonderful and they literally put me through every test imaginable. But in my case, Wester Medicine could not and did not provide answers, and I was getting worse. Lori's approach is scientific and holistic. After seeing her only one time, Lori provided me with answers, and she has gotten me back on track. She has encouraged me greatly, and has empowered me. Lori is very responsive, as well, always responding promptly to my questions. I'm not back to feeling 100% quite yet, but very close to it, after only a few weeks. I am confident I will get there through working with Lilly of the Valley Gut Health. To go from the depths of depression, despair, pain, brain fog, and not being certain if you can survive something mysterious, to feeling well, thriving, and happy is totally worth it. It's so amazing to have someone in your corner caring for you and making you feel like you have a team. Honestly, Lori has saved my life. That is priceless caregiving.
