I didn’t even purchase anything. I just asked for help. The staff was very kind and when I left I had a better working understanding of my equipment. It’s nice to see this place is in my neighborhood too. -

They are great at accommodating last-minute needs and have very helpful staff who have even stayed late just to make sure my camera settings were exactly what I needed. Very highly recommend!

I appreciate the professionalism from the staff as well! Of course, I will always support Resolution as they have been nothing but convenient for me!

When I come into the shop everyone is welcoming and knows I can't wait to get my hands on all the gear they have in stock. One time I did an extended rental and they were more than patient with my deadline. I kept extending my rental weekly and I never had a hassle with being pressured to return the gear, even though it was the first time we did business together. I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge of the gear I need to complete the jobs at hand. They make renting a pleasant experience for me in my home city.
