Others giving a review may talk about the office, money, and other things that are more physical (yes, the office is clean, has beautiful things in it, is calming and relaxing - this is all true) - I prefer to tell you how I feel (don't you want to feel better?) and how my life changed having Leah in it!
My experience with Leah/Lifted Heart started 5 years ago when I was having pain throughout my body. On my first visit Leah got to know me, listened with an open heart and explained the way CCM (Classical Chinese Medicine) works and how it helps us. At that first appointment she gave me information about my diet that was causing me to feel badly. I felt amazing after my first visit! I took her advice and changed my diet and 3 days later was like a new woman!
This was the start of my path to wellness. With her help teaching me better ways to take care of and respect my body I started finding myself in the best shape of my life (both physically and mentally...handling stress better than I ever have). My husband was even telling people how much she changed our lives - by helping me she also helped him!
A little over a year ago I got a diagnosis that was scary - life threatening. As soon as I got this information I went to Leah. I knew that with her helping me I could get through it and I did! I continue to see Leah and will not stop! She has given me so much, by helping me and and my family.
We all must remember that our body didn't get into the shape it's in quickly - it all happened over time. So, effort, continued practices of eating right, getting rest, honoring our bodies and understanding them do pay off!
I am SO INCREDIBLY grateful and blessed to have Leah! If you let her teach and guide you - you will be happy you did!!!

Leah has provided amazingly knowledgeable and intuitive care for me and my children ranging from birthing assistance to regular treatments. The clinic is beautiful and her treatment rooms draw in tranquility and healing. This is personalised treatment that deals with whole body health and wellness.

I cannot recommend Leah enough. She is an extremely knowledgeable and caring healer who takes the time to really listen and get to know her patients. Her sessions never fail to make me feel relaxed and in tune with my body.

What a wonderful and calming experience. Leah is so good at taking a holistic approach I have been exhausted with a specialist for fatigue and muscle pain including sciatica who seemed to have no real understanding of how every system affects the whole health of a person. Leah is professional yet caring and extremely thorough. I was very apprehensive at first but with Leah's patience and her ability to educate me about the reality of my fear of needles "all over" quickly left me at ease. She never hurt me and I was always in control of what treatment I was comfortable with. The office and staff are charming and I haven't felt this healthy and well cared for in a long time. I would send anyone to her without hesitation.

My sessions with Leah were amazingly insightful and rejuvenating. Lifted Heart feels like home and is filled with crystals ((major bonus)). I had never experienced such a clinical and attentive approach. Leah definitely knows her stuff, I had a wonderful conversation with her about Chinese medicine and she even offered some dietary and lifestyle tips.
