  I started doing therapy a little over a year now and I highly, highly recommend it. I have discovered so much about myself. I am able to understand others on a deeper level. I’ve learned to set boundaries and make better decisions for myself. Therapy is a real game changer, a human’s mind is capable of wonderful things and it’s super powerful. I used to be in a dark place confused, had low self esteem, always doubting myself always pouring into others and not being there for myself but not anymore ! I’m happy now I’m at peace I have a great relationship with my therapist it’s a safe space with no judgement I really love it. My life has transformed beautifully for the better and I’ll always be thankful for making the decision, taking the first step to ask for help and gain knowledge. if someone out there feels alone, believe me you’re not there’s so much wonderful opportunity to grow and expand and there’s nothing wrong with asking for help, do it for you ❤️ You deserve to live a happy life.

  Simply put Anne is invaluable. I am a writer, a published author and a blogger yet words truly fail me to articulate how effective , affective and skilled Anne is as a therapist. She is well versed in what so many therapist sadly aren't Narcissistic Personality Disorder and from the second you speak to her, she begins to work her "magic" . She has an uncanning ability to hold the space for your healing in a powerful way that will revolutionize your whole life! You will heal because Anne is invested in it, your healing! She is the kind of therapist you search for and hope to find. If you're considering her as a therapist, I say CALL IMMEDIATELY.

  Saying that Anne is amazing is an understatement. I had reached out because i found that she specialized in Narcissistic Abuse. I was at wits end with myself. I did not know how to manage a range of emotions. I spent weeks with her, which turned into months. She went from a therapist, to a life coach, to a friend. I absolutely love her and can not thank her enough for the strength she not only gave me, but helped me find within myself. Anne is amazingly kind, and the word judgement is not even in her vocabulary.

  Anne Pestano is a professional in every letter of the word at what she does. Anne is the type of therapist that is genuinely concerned for the well-being of her clients. There is no bias, no choosing sides, no blame-game, or anyone at fault when having a discussion with Anne. There is 100% respect, 100% confidentiality and 100% trust at all times. Anne takes the necessary time to listen, discuss, breakdown, analyze, and understand each detail of the issue. That allows for a plan to be put in place and set-up the essential steps to a guaranteed and gradual ability to heal. The method(s) that Anne uses during her sessions are ones that make a client really have to dive into their inner cognition. This allows for them to open up and be vulnerable, but know that Anne is there to guide you through it at every turn. My sessions with Anne has allowed for a true sense of comfortability and rapport to be built between us. She has truly helped me and my partner get back to a place we thought forgotten at one point, the ability to love and communicate with one another again.
