  Abbe has shown me countless techniques to deal with life situations. I feel more confident in my ability in my day to day life dealing with things and have seen a great improvement in myself! I definitely recommend Abbe!!

  As first time parents feeling stuck with traditional therapy, my wife and I have spent a few sessions with Abbe so far and she's already coaching us through more actionable tactics for improving our family relationships. She's always available in between sessions too for additional support as things arise. We highly recommend Abbe!

  Just what I needed!! Abbe focuses on overall health. Her knowledgeable, professional, and caring approach made me want to work hard on making necessary changes in my life. She is firm and will hold you accountable, yet loving and compassionate which was exactly what I needed. In just 4 sessions, I see and feel a change in me I didn’t believe was possible, and can’t wait to see what other areas of my life we will tap into next.   I have known Abbe for the past 15 years. During this time I have worked with Abbe while creating a hugely successful new construction company. Her coaching, drive and motivation has helped me take this company to a greater level of success than I could have ever imagined. She has helped me trouble shoot in the business as well as intuitively advise on the hiring and screening of employees. During this time I suffered a heart attack since my diet and life style was just horrible. I knew Abbe would also be able to guide me on my road to recovery and wellness.   Abbe's advice was priceless, she was able to provide necessary steps to improve my sleep schedule, communication with others & action items to boost my energy levels. After a week I'm feeling better. I wish I would have reached out to her sooner! She provided a wealth of information that I was looking for. I enjoyed our conversation & the clarity she provided.
