We were battling lice for 6 weeks, on again off again, etc. We called a different lice removal place more north in NJ but was unimpressed on their technique and even more unimpressed on how they would handle a child on the specturm. Decided to call Lice Lifters. Was lucky enough to speak to Tracy C. Not only did she put me at ease with all of her answers, she has worked with children on the spectrum for many years, both in this current position and previously. We went there and we were not disappointed. She answered all our questions, and believe me, we questioned her for a couple of hours (we had three people that were screened and one for a treatment). She also told us if we think of any other questions, to please call her to chat. My granddaughter who is not comfortable with many people immediately, was very comfortable with Tracy and she was just awesome with her. The price is way lower than other places and the common sense approach this company has is wonderful. The comb they use beats the ones you get on Amazon hands down and actually are able to be easily cleaned. I will never try to tackle lice myself again. I will call Tracy every time. Sandy R

She told me everything she was doing and explained it all to me as well as the treatment plan for going home. She was very reassuring and helped me feel much better when I left. She was very thorough with my daughter and myself. She did such an incredible job. Everyone should use this place when they find lice it is well worth the money.

(October 20, 2019, 12:19 pm)My oldest came home from school with lice. I seriously could have died! I was freaking out. We called lice lifters and they got us in right away. Tracey was absolutely amazing and ended up having to treat the whole family. She made me feel at ease and calmed my anxiety. The facility was very nice. We were all able to watch whatever we wanted on Netflix via our own tv during the treatment. It was very costly but in my opinion it was 100% worth it!!

(January 25, 2018, 11:43 am)What a wonderful experience! Thank you so much for putting my children and myself at ease. I woke up early to realize that all 3 of my children and I had lice (my daughter brought home from school) and I called early to leave a voicemail and was greeted by a friendly voice and she was able to see me right away. She comforted me and reassured me that it would all be ok. We were all treated at once and left lice free. Thank you so much Theresa for your great hospitality towards my babies and I. You truely saved the day!!

(December 15, 2017, 7:17 am)We had the whole family treated at once and the staff took great care of us, working on us all at the same time. They answered all my questions about what to do for cleanup and prevention, and got everything ready while we were busy. There was even a TV for the kids to choose their own programs to watch. It was fast, it was easy, and it was painless! Worth the price to make sure the lice were gone and staying gone!
