  John Buono came earlier this afternoon with my new AFO (ankle/foot/orthotic). He fitted it and showed me how to get it on and tighten it. Also gave me a lot of useful suggestions including how to break in, what type of shoes would be best for the brace, when and when not to wear it, how to break it in, etc.
  
  He was very helpful, patient and personable. I am glad he got me all set up - it is already making such a difference.

  I absolutely love this company! I was born with bilateral clubbed feet and was recommended by my doctor to go and get orthotics for my feet. Not only was the staff amazingly helpful, but the Orthotist Frank Brandt addressed all my problems and concerns regarding said orthotics. For the most part everything was quick and easy. During the appointment, Frank scanned my feet for the orthotics and they arrived within two weeks. He thoroughly explained how the orthotics worked and showed me how to properly use them. I have received two pairs of orthotics from the company and to this day will not wear any shoes without them. Also for a recent injury (past couple months) I was prescribed bilateral blaze braces from my podiatrist. Once again Frank Brandt was able to cast my feet and again i received the blaze braces within two weeks. He showed me how to use them and how they effect my feet while wearing them. Not only is Frank Brandt an amazing orthotist, but the office staff is also AMAZING! They are very compassionate and empathetic to every patient dealing with appointment, and billing questions.

  Went to Liberty for a knee brace for my arthritic knee. Although there was a short wait while they finished up with another patient, they took the time to make sure the brace was fit correctly. Frank went over how to adjust if necessary and Fran was friendly and helpful while processing the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Liberty to family and friends.

  Highly recommend Liberty Orthotics for all your needs. Office staff is amazing, knowledgeable and especially kind! My family has been using them for over 10 years for all of our braces from back to wrist to ankle. Can’t go wrong with Frank, Fran and the entire staff!

  I recommend Liberty Orthotics. For the past 14 years I had to get orthotics for my 3 kids, different issues, I’m still very pleased with their work and organization. Their office is in New Hyde Park, NY but they see patients in many doctor’s offices in Brooklyn.
