Dr. Zhu has been my primary care doctor since 2016. She is thorough, compassionate, and empathetic. I love that she sits down and truly listens to her patients with a pad and pen and does not have a computer screen between her face and yours. It is so important to have test results and information at our fingertips but more important to develop a great relationship with our primary care doctor! Wonderful office full of caring professionals! I wish she was back in Burlington!
Dr. Zhu has been my doctor since I was 19 and I'm 30 as of this review! She is so incredibly understanding and easy to talk to, and goes to great lengths to make sure you are taken care of. Her and her staff have never left me hanging, even when various work and school requirements have required big things with short notice (nursing school, amirite?)
Aside from that, she listens to concerns and follows through with subsequent labs. She always has sound advice and I am glad to have her as my doctor.
Absolutely love Dr Zhu. She has been my doctor for the past 12yrs.
