  Luis is a professional! Whatever concerns I had were met beyond my expectations. My new roof & gutters look great! I have just hired LGZ again to assist with a water leak in my basement. He looked everything over and came up with a solution to the problem at a reasonable price.

  We have a new roof replacement and sidings done by LGZ company. They have done a very nice job of installing new cement board sidings. They wrapped around the house and install new PVC window trims. They came out to be really nice. They also did the nice job on the roof. They installed soffit for better ventilation, fascia, and rafter with PVC. They did the nice cooper flashing around the chimney. Luis is honest and delivered the work as promised. I highly recommend anyone looking for the work.

  I spoke to a number of contractors before settling on LGZ and Luis. The main reason was trustworthiness and great reviews. Their price was competitive and because roofing has become pretty standardized, you are getting the same installation with most contractors. I had the roof replaced with Timberland HGZ lifetime warrantee as well as a new skylight that Luis pointed out was damaged and cloudy. Most of the work was done while I was out of town and I felt comfortable enough with the team and Luis to have them do it. They identified an overhanging area of the roof that was sagging and needed better support which I would never have known. The price came in exactly as estimated. The best aspect of the project was how reachable Luis was to address any questions or concerns. He always got back almost immediately. The only small comment on improvement I would make is that they are great on the installation but a little less professional on some of the administrative stuff like warranty and the extra skylight installation. More is left in the hands of the customer than I would like. This is made of for by freebees and extreme responsiveness. I have no reservations recommending them for a full roof replacement.

  Luis was the most professional on time contractor I have ever dealt with. From start to finish the work was impeccable. Property clean up and debris pick up was excellent. The most friendly courteous workers. The best on time service and five star quality repair. Better than the original. Price was amazing. I would never recommend anyone besides LGZ Contracting. A great up-and-coming company. I highly recommend them.

  A few months ago,a branch crashed through our roof. I thought we’d need to file an insurance claim and possibly replace the entire roof over our den. My wife had been encouraging me to consider getting a new roofer, so I used this as an “ opportunity “ to seek out some new contractors. Fortunately for me and our roof, I met Luis Zhunio, the owner of LGZ Construction . Luis examined our roof and first told us the good news! We didn’t need to file an insurance claim, to fix the hole . That was a pretty inexpensive job. However, he showed me that our roof wasn’t properly vented and as a result the shingles were disintegrating. He felt we really needed to address this immediately. Luis replaced the roof and added the proper venting.I took photos and posted them with my review. In late October snd early November, Luis returned to replace and rebuild the roof of the rest of our house as well as our garage. The work he and his crew did was exceptional! If you ever need a roofer who really is dedicated to providing you with a great roof, you have to hire LGZ Construction.
