Eugene and Tommy were the best at delivery service. They were so friendly, nice, smart and efficient at their jobs. They knew exactly what to do and didn't make me feel like I was a pest client. Thank you lew white!!!!

I was very undecided coming into the store, and Tom was extremely patient with me explaining all the nuances of each product (more than once!) I am thrilled with my new washer! Delivery, installation and removal of my old washer was a breeze too! Very professional, very careful and it was all done within a half hour! Couldn't be happier with my whole experience!

Oh, by the way, it only took the installation crew 20 mins to remove, dispose of the old and install the new one!

(February 23, 2023, 2:26 pm)I called Lew White Appliances yesterday, and ordered a refrigerator sight unseen with the help of the owner Tom. I told him my old refrigerator had died, and had been without one for a week.
He told me he would call be back shortly, and did. He told me I would have it the next day ( today).
I was called this morning, and within 2hours, the delivery men were there. They carted out my old one, installed the new one, including hooking up the water line. They cleaned everything up perfectly. They were professional all the way.
My experience with this company was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this appliance store for your needs. It was a completely professional and caring experience.

They provided great service, came exactly on time and were very knowledgeable. This is exactly why we purchased from a trusted appliance store vs. a big box store! Very happy and thankful that we purchased from Lew White and that they have such a terrific installation team!
