  What an amazing intimate venue! Not really a bad seat in the house. Not your average music venue at all. Seating is assigned folding chairs, or SRO. Very rustic, and lovely area. Off the beaten path, so it can be harder to find. Be forewarned, they do not sell alcohol, food or refreshments there, I only saw bottled water in the merchandise room. They do allow you to tailgate, byob (etc) but make sure you bring unbreakable containers to drink from. Also be prepared to climb stairs to get into the venue, and to use restrooms.

  Coolest venue ever! Thank you to the Helm’s family for sharing this special place with musicians and the fans who support them. We had a great overall experience- starting with dinner in town, to the entrance and parking attendants. Everyone was chill and friendly. Then you get inside and feel excited and relaxed at the same time. Super intimate performance space and the magic just happens. We got to see Glen Hansard and friends. Best night ever!!! We also really enjoyed our couple days in Woodstock ✌️

  What a great venue. The sound is fantastic in this place. Very quaint. Great people who own/run this facility. The night I was there we saw 3 artists. I had not heard the first 2 before but I'm very glad I saw them. Brother Bird, Kevin Devine and the New Amsterdams. You should definitely check this place out, it's well worth the trip.

  Intimate venue in hippy dippy tourist artist town. No food or beverage service, but liberal in and out access to very active parking lot scene. Has a gazebo and fire pit. Sound system rocks. Too many standing room only tickets sold, too many people competing for space and views of stage. Large staff of kind old people struggling to keep stairways and doorway clear. I would pay more for a ticket if I knew fewer people would attend. At the end of the night though, it was a wonderful memory. Can't wait to go back.
