Matt, the manager, was super professional and very nice to speak to.
Patrick M. was my salesman. Super down to earth and a funny guy. Understood that even though I had some specifics in a harder market, didn't give the impression it was an impossible ask/find, like many other places did.
We found my perfect vehicle and he was able to have it brought over for us to see in person from another location same day!!!
Even though we made a late in the day purchase, and Patrick now missed dinner, he still had plenty of helpful insight and kept everything light hearted and comfortable. My gremlins had fun with him while the dreaded paperwork was requested. Thank you ever so much Patrick and your fellow team... you guys helped the mama drive off in the safest of vehicles with no headache or fuss. Looking forward to all the miles and adventures we have ahead of us. Will recommend highly to everyone I know. -

(July 17, 2023, 10:24 am)Lester Glenn was a life saver for me! I got a nail in my tire on the parkway and it was quickly loosing air. I limped my car straight to Lester Glenn as I was nearby and I have the tire package. I pulled into service with no appointment and they still took care of me right away! They were kind and considerate and completely understanding as I juggled two small children while checking my car in. They quickly replaced my tire and got me back on the road (within an hour)! My service writer Luke went above and beyond the entire time! He was so kind, had exceptional communication and was quick to assist me in anyway needed. He is by far an asset the Lester Glenn Team! I would recommend them over and over, as they truly a dealership that treats you as family and not a number! Thank you guys again!

He provided a great car-buying experience as this was my second time buying a car and not really knowing much. His professionalism, knowledge, and understanding was noticed from the beginning. Patrick took the time to understand my needs and preferences and answered all my questions and guiding me through the available options. Each and every time he had my best interest in mind and understood my situation. I never once felt pressured to lock into a certain option.
