Health coach Lena has been an unbelievable aid to my general well-being over the past several months. I am a big believer in western medicine, which advocates for medications as a solution to most of our problems. She has taught me that health can be achieved by way of the mind. It has been truly remarkable! Very physical changes have occurred as direct result of our sessions (ie: I had severe eczema for 7 years that is now completely clear, my energy levels are much better, and I have rid myself of all medications). She is remarkable in her desire to help people truly feel better. I cannot recommend her enough!

If you not feeling well, or don't know, what to do, or how to do it properly, you may try Lena's service, and all your inner blocks will gone, and new ways will open in front of you. Recently, I have been struggling with my mental health and certain habits. I have been introduced to LENA health coaching and the certain aspects have truly reshaped the path I have been going on. I knew the journey and milestones I wanted to reach in my life and this coaching has really impacted it and gave me true boost. I have been able to find a newer healthier workplace, I have been able to create a consistent routine, and my mental health including my confidence has risen. It’s eye opening and a truly great feeling to see a change! I will be implementing more it in my
Life!!!

I was on a hunt to help my daughter with her allergies and I came across Lena and dimension therapy. I’m so happy I gave it a shot because my daughters seasonal allergies improved and I stopped giving antihistamines. My goal was my helping my daughter’s allergy symptoms but I got so much more. Lena helped me discharge the negative beliefs I had around life and stressful situations so I can relax and trust the process. I highly recommend Lena for coaching. She’s empathic, professional and truly cares about helping people reach their health goals!
