  So far I’ve had a 5 star experience with Bub. He’s very patient and happy to answer questions. The facility is spotless. I travel over an hour to use him. Highly recommended.

  Took our south poll steers there for processing. Bub and the team was great and accommodating. Packaging was neat and organized. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

  Excellent people, definitely comparable to Springfield ! Top notch operation. They have a USDA Inspector that ages your cattle so cuts can be made appropriately and can be sold. Owner also adjusted some of my selling prices when they were way off. Will NOT be using any other butcher in the future!

  Have been taking lambs to Lehigh Valley Meats for 3+ years and would recommend this company without any hesitation. They are super friendly, easy to schedule and work with, and do excellent work. Every order is exactly as requested and packaged very nicely. I can't say enough about the professional service and the value of the pricing.

  They do great work! They are so compassionate about humane handling and slaughter. We knew our animals were in caring hands. They went above and beyond our expectations. The orders were competed, boxed and loaded into our car quickly. All the packages were labelled, weighted and looked great. We are so happy to have found a caring place like this.
