(September 2, 2023, 2:57 am)First time ever having to come to an er in Pennsylvania. I've lived here over six years, and tonight, I needed to go to the er. When we arrived, the ladies that check you in were nice and professional. We saw the triage nurse who was very kind as well. We were called in right away, and our nurse who was waiting for us was very nice, efficient, and explained everything and was amazing. The doctor came in a few minutes later, and she listened to questions and told us our options. Everyone was a professional and courteous kind and the exam rooms were very clean. I arrived at the er around 1am and was done by 2am. Thank you, lehigh Valley, for your hard work and dedication to patient care.

(July 13, 2023, 5:43 pm)We saw Dr. Koprowski and he is wonderful. I also had a nurse named Victoria. She was so friendly and caring. I was extremely nervous for my son to have surgery and she made me feel comfortable.

(June 27, 2023, 2:25 am)I was in ICU because of my high blood sugar for 5 days. The staff treated me with kindness and respect from the moment I walked in the ER till I was taken to ICU. They were very professional and always answered all my questions. The Doctors were amazing and very resourceful and knowledgeable. The hospital was very clean and well organized. Thank you all for the great care you guys provided me with a all times. I will keep you all in my prayers. God Bless You All !!!! Keep Up The Great Job 🥰
