(July 14, 2020, 4:07 pm)Today was my first visit to this office as I had requested that my general dentist refer me elsewhere since I did not appreciate the attitudes of the staff at the other Endodontics office that he had previously referred me to. And let me tell you I am so glad I made that request to him because I was so impressed with this office at Lehigh Valley Endodontics and the staff was extremely professional and welcoming and friendly! I enjoyed the atmosphere and the quality of technology that they were using.
I left an Endodontics office feeling happy and confident.
Go figure lol.
The whole experience was easy and simple from calling in and scheduling to having my first in-office visit along with X-rays and scans. I will continue to go here if needed and I will refer this place to everyone... all just from my first visit. That’s how happy I am! -
