  Legal Shred came to my home earlier than expected and I appreciate not having to wait long. The process was quick and I had the opportunity to view my years of tax returns be shredded. Just hope that I do not get audited !!
  Gentlemen was efficient and personable. Well run business.

  Once the appointment was made, the process was quick and easy. The Legal Shred truck backed into the driveway of our home. The driver was polite and efficient. The documents were dumped into a 64-gallon curbside garbage container that was picked up by mechanical arms then dumped onto an internal conveyor belt leading into the high RPM shredder. You can actually watch the shredding on a monitor. I’d recommend Legal Shred to anyone concerned about the protecting their privacy.

  Excellent experience with this company. Needed a way to shred a large amount of paperwork in a short period of time. Called and was put in touch with Al- very friendly, very organized and easy to deal with. Sent me a quote in minutes and a number to call back. Made arrangements and he handed me off to Scott the location, who could not have been nicer or easier to work with to unload our mounds of paperwork. Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend. Thanks for offering this service!!

  I would like to thank Legal Shred and Jimmy for their extremely professional work ethics!
  I was told that the driver would call me 1/2 hour before arriving, which he did, however, I was not at my home in time.
  I immediately called Legal Shred after leaving Jimmy a message asking if they could come back (I only missed him by 10 minutes).
  After going back and forth, Legal Shred was able to get in touch with Jimmy and he had no problem coming back-he wasn't far from me.
  He was SO professional, NO attitude because he had to come back and extremely friendly.
  When the time comes for more shredding, because it will...there's always too much paper....I will definitely call Legal Shred again and if it's not Jimmy, I'm sure any of your staff are all trained the same and therefore, have all the same work ethics!
  I have already shared my wonderful experience about Legal Shred with my neighbors and I encouraged them to use you guys!!

  Legal Shred did a great job. The phone operator was courteous and helpful, answering all my questions and providing me with a reasonable 4-hour appointment window. On the day of service I got a phone call from Jimmy when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and got the documents shredded in short order. Payment was simple, an email receipt was issued, and he was on his way. The whole process was very convenient.
