  Our stay at Ledges Hotel for out 15 years wedding anniversary was perfect. The reception staff were awesome, especially Barbara. We had opportunity to check out sister properties, Silver Birch and Settlers Inn for sunset champagne toast and breakfast in the patio with our dog, respectively. They were all great and we will definitely return.

  My stay at the Ledges was the most relaxing experience I can remember in a decade of traveling! All the staff I interacted with (esp Barb) greeted me and welcomed me with such kindness and made me feel special. The setting is so picturesque with the waterfall—wonderfully calming. The food at Glass is excellent as is breakfast at the Settlers. I didn’t have the time to enjoy the other resort activities and amenities, so I will be back!!!

  One of our best finds in the area. The location and and the serene atmosphere you can get from the water is incredible!
  We went off season and there’s wasn’t much to do in the area. We’ll definitely come back though.
  Overall exceptional service. Felt more like a 5 stars mini resort.
  The restaurant in site is amazing also.

  This is a 5-star experience in the Poconos for anyone, especially if you're looking for peace and quiet with a great view. I proposed to my now fiancee on the waterfall at Ledges Hotel on 6/17/23. I had booked a two-story suite (the suite was huge and has any amenity you coould need) at the hotel about 5 weeks prior. I called the hotel to let them know of the plans I had and they were so supportive. The manager, Dave, was an absolute gem from start to finish. He accommodated me every step of the way, including giving me a suite with a clear view of the falls (absolutely stunning), placing a bottle of champagne on ice with glasses in our room (even though I just asked for ice and glasses) and even walking me through the best locations on site for the proposal. The entire weekend the staff was aware of what was happening and even helped to hide our families right before the proposal while offering to take photos of the moment. All in all, this place will always hold a special place in our hearts and we will definitely be back to stay here. Could not recommend enough, 5 stars without a doubt!
