  Kelly Gordon is an amazing realtor! She helped me sell my home in only two weeks, for a price far above what other realtors had told me I should ask. She was available 24/7 during the entire process and managed to be at the house for any showings to answer questions and extol the special qualities of my lovely 18thc home. She staged the photoshoot and Open House beautifully to show the special qualities of this stone house and property. Kelly helped me navigate every step of the selling process with her expert knowledge, extensive experience, attention to detail, and unfailing good humor. Kelly is a treasure!

  We can not say enough about Olga. We were new to the East Coast, first time buyers with a very unique style, and had our 5 month old daughter coming with us to showings. When the pandemic hit, Olga was with us every step of the way as we paused our search, keeping us informed on what she knew was happening with the housing market. Our lives shifted many times with the birth of our second child. Through it all she evolved with us while maintaining the same high spirits and energy as we entertained the idea of buying land to build, find a new rental, and changing the location and price range of our search. With each new plan she went above and beyond trying to make each dream a reality for us. We have had realtors in the past who pushed us to buy every other house we looked at. In stark contrast, Olga was knowledgeable about the worth of houses, keeping in mind our budget and life goals as a family, and even steered us away from making poor choices while we were feeling vulnerable. People have said realtors are not your friends. If that is the case, Olga and her team at Leaf are diamonds in the rough.
  
  She taught us all about how to care for a house in an area with four seasons, how the septic system works, and about living off of well water in wooded areas. Coming from city life to buying in the country we had a lot to learn and she was a wealth of information. You can clearly see her inner detective come out while buying a house. She was always two steps ahead of us when it came to checking the quality of a house, even going to the health department and county clerk to get additional records.
  
  During the process of buying a house, Olga has become like family to us. We trust her completely and adore her entirely.

  My wife and I worked with Kelly after meeting her at one of her open houses. We quickly formed a professional relationship as well as considered her to be our friend. To say this woman is knowledgeable about real estate and everything there is to know about the details of a home would be an extreme understatement. Kelly would point out everything there is to like or even dislike about a home. Wether it be the heating, windows, water heaters, septic... to the use of materials with floors, decks, sidings etc... Kelly certainly knows her business. Her attention to details is incredible. I would trust her implicitly wether selling OR buying. You'd be hard pressed to find a better advocate that works hard for you!

  We used Olga Kozhukhov of Leaf to help us sell our home in a very challenging market in Tewksbury. She was beyond amazing to work with and always on top of every detail. From the initial market research to the amazing photography that made our listing stand out; to open houses held when we asked; to ensuring things were watched over after we had moved out of state; to even helping watch over our 18 year old deaf cat when people would come to look at the house to ensure he didn't get out or get scared.
  
  Once we moved, Olga was there to meet with inspectors, hold open houses, basic clean up, whatever was needed to get our house sold. We could not be more pleased with her professionalism and reliability. We highly recommend Olga and Leaf Realtors for any real estate transaction.
