  First time in need of an exterminator so I checked around for recommendations. Found LBI Pest Control and their online reviews were spot on. They were responsive, accommodating, professional and thorough. I like that this is a family business, so they are in control and take ownership of the entire process. Needless to say, they knew what they were doing and took care of the problem. It is hard to find someone that actually takes customer service seriously. Very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

  We came to the shore, thinking the house was ready for summer. All the outdoor furniture that was put in the shed for the winter was on our deck and we were ready for a beautiful weekend. Only to open the front door and discover our house was home a group to some sort of animal that winter. We called LBI Pest Control which was recommended to us and Howard was here that day. Walked through the entire house inside and out and he explained a clan of mice used our house over the winter… he showed us where they Nested… he then laid traps and bait… he came back every few days as promised and gave us reports… he was fantastic.Mice are gone!!! Highly recommend LBI Pest Control… they have knowledge, they come when they say they will, they follow up with texts and on top of they are just really kind.

  We appreciate the prompt services of LBI Pest Control! Once we discovered our ant problem, we wanted it taken care of right away. Howard was professional & pleasant & reasonably priced. He was fast to come to assess our carpenter ant issue and then scheduled the extermination treatment very quickly the same day. We highly recommend LBI Pest Control and will call them should we have any further pest problems.

  Returned home from some time away and found an infestation of ants in a bedroom. Howard returned my call quickly and made time for us that afternoon. He handled the situation and came back for a follow up! Prompt and professional service! 5 stars!

  Howard was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed serviced at my residence. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Great guy that provides great service. 10/10 recommend you go with LBI Pest Control over any other company!
