  The Law Offices of Joseph Romano has been wonderful and courteous to my questions and needs. I couldn't ask for a better paralegal (Marilyn) who has helped me throughout the process in helping me understand the Worker's Comp laws because this is my first time ever in 32 years of working, something happening to me. They are wonderful and understanding. I couldn't ask for a better team to represent me.

  I came to Romano law from another lawyer who in truth was not were good, I didn’t even have a paralegal. When I got Romano law a group of lawyers sat around me explaining everything that was going to be done and not to worry about anything. Truth be told I haven’t worried about anything. I have the most amazing paralegal Rafael Hernandez, that with his hundreds of clients always finds time to answer the phone and answer my million questions with professionalism and care. My case is a bit complicated since it has been opened for so long and he still manages to deal with it with clarity and knowledge. Rafael is a gem at Romano law and I’m sure all of his clients feel the same. Never I’ve needed anything that I couldn’t ask Rafael to clarify for me. He has beautiful phone manners and a great sense of humor. I hope Romano law knows what a amazing not only paralegal but what an amazing person they have as part of their personnel. I wouldn't change him for anything… I hope his salary matches the time and efforts he puts into his work. You’re the best Rafael!!!
